Well appointed, newly-built self catering cottage for six overlooking a dam.  Little Mooi river frontage.  Set in the beautiful Kamberg Valley, in the foothills of the Drakensberg.  Peacefull and private.  Fully serviced, bed linen and towels  provided.  Cosy lounge with fireplace.  Full DSTV available if you bring your own Smart Card.  Otherwise SABC 1, 2, and 3, and E-TV.
Jungle Gym for children.  Mountain bikes for hire. Horse riding nearby.
Kamberg has an excellent Rock art experience which includes a short audio visual presentation and a 1½ hour guided hike up to the bushman paintings, an explantion of the ancient art which has famed our Drakensberg and then a 40 minute walk back, the whole expereince will take about 3 hours.  Highmore nature reserve has some very beautiful walks, but if you are really into hiking, then Giants Castle offers fantastic hikes as well as a 45 minute guided walk to view San rock art and a bushmen freeze.

Directions

From N3 at Nottingham Road, travel on R103 to Rosetta turning left up the Kamberg Rock Art Rd. At km 31 turn left onto Highmoor Road and proceed on dirt road for 3.5 kms turning right at Brackenburn sign. 1.6 kms along this farm road is our gate.
